The Heart Behind the Work
LMSIICHY is more than a coaching and consulting practice — it’s a philosophy, a legacy, and a way of showing up for others with intention, compassion, and truth.
The name comes from a phrase that shaped my entire life: “Let me see if I can help you.” I heard it throughout my childhood growing up in Texas — a place where community, generosity, and heart weren’t just values… they were a way of life.
And while LMSIICHY is now proudly based in California, the spirit behind the brand is undeniably, unshakably Texan. As I always say: “I’m a Texan born and bred, gon’ be a Texan til I’m dead.”
