LMSIICHY is more than a coaching and consulting practice — it’s a philosophy, a legacy, and a way of showing up for others with intention, compassion, and truth.
The name comes from a phrase that shaped my entire life: “Let me see if I can help you.”
I heard it throughout my childhood growing up in Texas — a place where community, generosity, and heart weren’t just values… they were a way of life. I carried those roots with me through every chapter of my personal and professional journey.
And while LMSIICHY is now proudly based in California, the spirit behind the brand is
undeniably, unshakably Texan. As I always say:
“I’m a Texan born and bred, gon’ be a Texan til I’m dead.”
Those roots never leave you — they just grow with you.
The Heart Behind the Work
For over three decades, I built my career in hospitality, business administration, sales, leadership, and operations. I learned how to build systems, guide teams, create structure, solve problems, and support people in moments of stress and transition.
I learned how to listen. How to respond. How to clarify. How to lead. How to hold space. And how to help people move from uncertainty to confidence.
I also learned something deeply personal:
People don’t just need strategy — they need support.
People don’t just need structure — they need clarity.
People don’t just need direction — they need alignment.
And they need someone who can offer all of that with heart, accountability, and genuine care. That’s what LMSIICHY was built to do.
